Provides primary care, laboratory services, medication assistance, and referrals to the under-privileged, homeless, and working
poor who do not have health insurance and cannot afford medical care.
In 2009:
-Provided 2,311 patient visits, 427 lab analyses, medication assistance for 186 patients, and many successful referrals to community medical partners.
Patient Qualification:Uninsured with income below 200% of poverty level. Medical Assistance is provided by appointment only.
